La Bonne Bouche Bistro was created by Chef Eric Regnier, from Nice, France, in 1998. After much searching, we discovered the quaint little town of Lake Worth Florida. We quickly got to work building "our little corner of France." Opening up with only 5 tables, serving lovely homemade pastries, viennoiserie and lots of quiches, we quickly grew into a real bistro. Petit Dejeuner, lunch, pastries, dinner...there is always something delicious going on in the kitchen. We love to cook and we love to dine, and we hope you'll join us soon!
